Why I Like It

Penne has much better structural integrity than any of the other shapes I've tried. It has all the tubular appeal of rigatoni but it doesn’t get stuck to the bottom of the pot as often. It’s the best choice when you’re looking for some stability in your meal as well as an overall geometric feel to each bite.
